Please allow 1-2 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship.

How long does it take to ship?

Average time: 4-12 business days

Circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) may cause shipping delays. While most packages will arrive on time, our couriers may encounter circumstances and delays. For this reason, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time; delivery is the responsibility of the courier.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order without penalty! You must cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for the cancellation to take effect. This applies if the product has already shipped. All you have to do is email us with the subject line "Cancel."

You entered an incorrect address!
If you misspelled your address or entered it incorrectly, simply reply to the order confirmation email with the correct information. Notify us immediately via email. If the address is incorrect, we can correct it within 24 hours.

My product arrived damaged. We ship each product with extra padding. However, our customers report that approximately 1 in 1,000 products arrive damaged due to mishandling by the postal service.
